The next step is a meeting at our office to review the customized market analysis of your home. We’ll discuss your complete home selling proposal and sign the listing paperwork. Next, we’ll arrange times for staging, photographs, and schedule your first Open House. You’re on your way!

That won’t be the last you see or hear of us! During our visit we’ll decide how frequently you want updates on your home- they can be via email, phone calls, text messages, etc.  As a team we’ll decide what works best for you and your lifestyle.
